Derick has been an integral part of our team since 2009. He started his journey as a laborer and has since advanced to the position of Foreman, demonstrating both his commitment and leadership. His exceptional efforts have led to the successful completion of over 2,300 linear feet of hand trenching.

Derick is a true outdoorsman, a passion that has roots in his time spent working on the family farm. His love for the outdoors extends into his personal life where he enjoys quality time with his wife and two children.
